Since I was a child, I was one of those kids who would take in a bird with a broken wing to feed and care for until it regained strength enough to fly again. As an artist I take inspiration from those birds and other animals around my farm, especially the animal most dear to my heart: Pocket, the Corgi. As a business woman who relies on the love and support of members of the community, I think it's important to give back to that community whenever possible.
